Key Photo

I am hoping someone can help me figure out how to change the key photo in an album in my iPhotos. It is the album labeled flagged. It was an album created prior to the changes implemented in iPhoto. I tried right clicking on another photo in the album to choose the make key photo option but that option was greyed out.
